About Us

Chimi’s is the sister brand of Chimichanga, established in 2018 with the opening of Chimi’s Marina Bay — Singapore’s first Mexican container bar and restaurant. The brand later expanded to Chimi’s Somerset in the heart of Orchard Road.

2026 marks an exciting year of growth, with the launch of our first quick-service concept, Little Chimi’s at Mandai Wildlife East, and the unveiling of Chimi’s Especial at Customs House.
